Hey all. This is just a quick note to let you know that I’ve made a couple improvements to the first episode of BrickhouseBodymind TV originally released in this post about shoulder pain and stiffness. Graphics package has improved a bit, and I tried to place the exercises earlier in the video, while leaving technical exposition for later. As always, please comment below if you have suggested improvements or suggestions for future episodes.

That’s very nice little protocol you put together. I especially like the increasing sophistication and assymetry of the later moves. So many mobility programs are essentially just joint circles, but this program looks as if it might enhance coordination and dexterity as well. Excellent job.
Thanks for the kudos, James! And thanks for watching and reading.
I really can’t take much credit, though, as the majority of the program I demonstrate in the video comes from Andrey Lappa’s Dance of Shiva DVD. You make a great point about asymmetry in movement … one I’ve been experimenting with at great length lately. Look for an episode of BrickhouseBodymind TV tonight or tomorrow in response to your comment.
Thanks again for your input!
